This is exactly the concern, the delay in signing the deal is making it possible for the c note holders to slowly off load their stock and drip feed it to retail investors. The longer this goes on the more likely the deal falls over imo.

The holiday excuse was just lame, the deal should have been signed by now and the fact that it hasn't means that not 100% of gridcomm are willing to accept the deal.

As time goes on gridcomm's position gets stronger (Russia) and odn gets more desperate cause without this deal this company is toast. I hope it goes through but as each week passes the potential for a big pay day for us retail investors diminishes, while all those lucky enough to get an 1700% return continue to cash in.
