gridComm needs ODN for back door listing because ASX allows firms such as ODN/gridComm which do not have profit listing on the main board i.e., the ASX (Australian Securities Exchange). There is no secondary board for shares trading in Australia except main board i.e. ASX.
For listing on the main board i.e., Singapore Exchange (SGX), firms need to record certain profit for a specified period of time. In this case, gridComm does not satisfy the listing criteria of Singapore Exchange (SGX).
It is not correct that gridComm does not need ODN.
