I'm really keen to see the numbers of subs that will be on board in the first month of each launching.
Whilst the revenue is needed/wanted, im not too concerned as to what the figure is going to be as it's going to be a relatively small amount(compared to what will be generated after 12 months).
Seeing the sub numbers grow month after month should be good. The SP and MC will take care of itself.
I'm diving in for more heads tomorrow, as one of my clients kindly paid their account in full.
