okay then so much like in most countries, Australia has state-based laws which regulate "sweepstakes" (locally known as "competitions"). so are Hibur's gambling games like Giant Shark (a slots machine game) a game of skill or is it a game of chance? it's clearly a casino chance-based gambling game to me, like all of the Hibur games i looked into;

now the distinction between a skill-based sweepstake/competition & a chance-based sweepstake/competition is probably the most important distinction in Australia & elsewhere in the world when it comes to rules/laws & consumer protections that governs their legality & operation:

"a competition that involves an element of chance in determining winners is based on chance. if winners are purely determined on their skill, then that's a skill-based competition"

the above distinction is important because it appears that chance-based competitions (which i think describes the Hibur games & platform) is gambling, & that appears to be illegal in many jurisdictions such as Indonesia & Malaysia. in jurisdictions where gambling is legal, operators like FFG must comply with various permit & license requirements in each of the jurisdictions that's worth its salt, worldwide, that Hibur operates in/is accessible from.

as there's no indication of FFG operating Hibur with any chance-based gaming permits/licenses anywhere in the world, i still don't see how Hibur, a chance-based competition platform with casino games & real money, can operate successfully or legitimately?
