i don't think FFG has done any due diligence or discussed the Hibur casino with a single lawyer:
1 - this feature of transferring gambling chips between players looks totally illegal; i'm sure most of you know what AML/KYC is, & Hibur totally lacks it. does this look like FUD:
2 - here FFG has confirmed it's intentionally building a casino, a "social casino gaming product", that in my research, is illegal in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia etc. FUD or reality:
3 - this is interesting:
as Hibur is not blocked for Australians & is accessible from Australia, using the ShopeePay payment option, Australians can use a Shopee Gift Card that can be purchased from dozens of international websites such as CoinGate.com with Bitcoin & some knowhow, to redeem it for Hibur Gems & Coins to gamble on Hibur's pokies, or transfer the "chips" to other players, &/or exchange them for merchandise/Gift Cards. FUD or truth:
4 - Australian gamblers might even be able to purchase unlimited Hibur Gems & Coins for free because if (when) the house wins, as Hibur appears to be an illegal service in Australia, Australian players might be able to request FFG refunds their losses. FUD or the law?
Hibur is looking like an ABSOLUTE can of worms, regulatory & legal nightmare. Fact:
