i haven't been able to get through. if you or anyone else could please try, my initial questions:
1 - despite Hibur not providing players with an option to convert winnings back to cash for withdrawal, the platform instead offers prizes of "value" & the functionality to transfer & exchange winnings for various "items of worth", including for electronics & gift cards. this places Hibur under the definition of "gambling service" in many jurisdictions. is that correct?
2 - Hibur is a social casino gaming product offering games of chance such as slot machines, does the company have or require any permit or license to operate the Hibur platform in Indonesia, Malaysia or any other jurisdiction? if not, why?
