Agreed up to a point. If someone is employed because of their past achievments.
Then i would envisage that they would like to keep their past good reputation in Tack, So the question is, Does he care about his credentials moving forward or is he now just a lifestye Director looking to leverage his past achievments ?
And risk tarnishing his good name going forward ? Or does he want to build on his past efforts ? And add more strings to his bow ?
