I've just seen the apology you wrote whilst I was formulating my reply.

Apology accepted. This is a very stressful time for us all, and I understand the desire to lash out (a little) at someone.

I can promise you that all my posts have always been 100% in good faith. That my hopes of where we might get to have been proven wrong are more disappointing to me than anyone else. The manner of the disappointment makes it even worse, hence my efforts to try to find out what happened and if there is anything to be done.
