I wasn't a active trader, however, I was shocking when I read the announcement after the looking at the price.
I really don't understand why they do the financial arrangement instead of CR.
If they are offering ($0.0001) I would prefer to take on CR and contribute more into the company to retain the assets.
Also the result does not make any sense with the story provided in the reports and announcement.
