Australia is the "lucky" country but it is becoming so for the select few.
Been working away & just found out about this mess. What a train wreck!
Realise I have been wrong in this life. Worked hard honestly for too long! Should have learnt earlier from looking at small cap corporate dealers.
1. Find a reasonable asset or idea & sell it to the market.
2. Raise funds from individuals like myself called shareholders by producing glossy pictures & avoiding the truth at all costs.
3. Remove from limited funds as much compensation for self as possible.
4. Help as many mates as possible along the way to bleed the company dry.
5. Borrow money quickly at ridiculous terms or go to shareholders for cap raise to maintain lifestyle.
6. When company is bled dry, exit quickly, have a holiday on the proceeds.
7. When holiday money runs out go back to step 1!
Complained to ASIC about these guys. Hopefully some accountability & laws can be levelled at people like this.
Are shareholders covered by common law?
Thankfully not all companies are run like this.
Cheers to all holders.
