can they really do this ?
do a share issue for 2billion shares via a convertible notes issue that almost immediately become redeemed in the underlying shares ?
there is no way this is a convertible note that gets interest paid on it, if they are redeemable already on july31, so it is just a share placement of 2bill shares... so why are they going thru the effort of the convertible notes issue ??
