As long as shareholders continue to elect this management, which seems to be incapable to buyback a single share, even when the share price reaches the level from 2003, they are complicit and fully responsible. Management talked about lucrative buying opportunities, but fail to see the buying opportunity in their own company. It is generally highly questionable to elect managers who do not believe in their own business.
