According to what you wrote, PH has made it clear that he wants $120mill dollars as compensation, but, what he also said in the past, is that shareholders will have a final say on that and that they will have to vote either "FOR" or "AGAINST" it.
As such, that will remain to be seen what will happen.
For, if they vote FOR, well we will get our cash and move on but, if they vote AGAINST it, well another round of negotiation will have to occur a.s.a.p., or go to Court once more with a very long list of damages to be claimed.
In the meantime, those loonies in the NR region will go down as the ones that destroyed the treasury coffers, and force more hardship to the rest of the NSW taxpayers which they will be forced to cough up for their stupidity. Don't forget that here we have a thousand or a few more loonies which are trying to force, and/or held at ransom, millions upon millions of other NSW residents for their misjudged opinions.
Will there be a repercussion on them for what they have caused or will they receive thumbs up in return.??
Time will tell!!!!
