Ah ok, I haven't done a lot of research specifically in the vet/pet space but Solensia as you elude to is a different drug (monoclonal antibody) compared with Pentosan.

I have heard of one story where a cat was treated with pentosan (I think it was also Cartophen) for OA related symptoms and it got good efficacy/results. Most of the little research I have focused on in the vet space is more on mice, dogs and the odd donkey/equine study.

If it were my cat I'd be err'ing towards PPS but I am possibly biassed! Maybe there are some benefits of using Solensia for your pet?

As far as the dosing goes, at least with PPS, I would think some sort of booster regimen would be the way to go, so in other words a top up like every 6 months or even slightly more frequently would be of benefit. It will depend on a number of factors though. There are cases where it's one and done. It's going to vary between patient (human and otherwise). As investors we look towards the averages and the recommendations/clinical results of a given cohort. Ie initial 6 week course and then a couple of boosters yearly in humans.
