Nah I don't think it is a concern at all that the Doc hasn't reduced the dosing. They are guided by their experience and the recommendations etc for each patient. At any rate, iPPS is a very mild blood thinner (some one tenth to about one fifteenth of Heparin or so as an example).
Yes, it would be great to take a reading now, and then one again after the final iPPS treatment and then perhaps one after 3 or 4 months after the last dosing of iPPS. Get her to note it down in a dairy with the dates for each reading. That would be awesome.
Also watch out for any other benefits that you both observe. Could be better sleep, less wrinkles (how old is she if I can ask), whatever it might be.
