I don't post much these days it seems to be a thankless task but your wife"s issue has piqued my interest. Back in about 2022 I sourced compounding pentosan from a few compounding chemists.
A few things I noted and one was that the Bakers cyst on my Right knee disappeared along with the accompanying joint effusion after about 4 weeks. All the noise from the other joints and the knee that were compromised seem to find a degree of alleviation after the first course of injections. Itchiness or redness was only slight tiredness wasn't a problem for me but never underestimate the great recuperative powers of sleep.
I imagine as with most treatments its different for everybody.
I thought it was remarkable ju ju.
However the other things I noted was that the potency of the product seemed to differ between pharmacies and or my body was not responding in the same manner as the first treatment. I haven't used pentosan for a number of years now as I could not source it any more and it just didn't seem to work on me with the same efficacy. I will be getting my second hip replaced very shortly with my right knee holding up so far but anyone who suffers bad hip arthritis will probably know that you can get referred pain into the knee as a consequence so I'll see what happens post surgery.
