Morning all, Just thought I would chime in with my 2 cents. A compounding chemist takes raw approved drugs and formulates them in the manner required. So in the case of PPS they are taking the Oral approved pentosan and making it into the liquid formulation. They are not providing Vet approved drugs or sourcing raw pentosan as that would be illegal.
Paradigm's version on Pentosan has been manufactured as an injectable so it would be more a more reliable source when available. Adherant is the knowledge of all things compounding (I think there is a post somewhere where he said he asked his compounding Chemist where he got the PPS from but could not get a reliable answer .. note Im not 100% sure on this sentence just a hazy memory after following this stock closely for 7 years)..
