Just realised that it is only two weeks until the convertible note can be redeemed/converted. Given that te company must hold half of the SM71 profit as contingency, one would think that they would give notice of intention to redeem right on the end of month - thereby resulting in this occurring or forcing the hand of conversion. regardless, either frees up a wad of cash, or removes the prospect of future dilution.
