I think the outcome of the ASIC / WCL court case will determine the long-time impacts to PIF but will be meaningless as most business may be complete and cannot be undone.

And as pointed out by Jadel and others the PIF Humpty Dumpty and the Scrambled Eggs cannot be reverse engineered.

I also note Jadel’s comments “to a highly compromised legal deal between WC and ARL which is currently on foot regarding a resolution in the High Court of Australia”.

I do not think ASIC would silly enough to make a deal with anybody with a current hostile Senate enquiry in progress.

If the court action goes against WCL / ARL, I could imagine some very harsh deliverables which inevitably may cost PIF more expenses directly or indirectly.

If the court action goes against ASIC, I assume the legislation will be revised to suit etc..

I trust Jadel and others will not be disheartened and will see this through to the bitter end and will continue to post as it is all appreciated by many.
