Thought I might try a little short term pre-Christmas retail shopping with MCW's exposure to ~264 grocery anchored shopping centres.

~97% occupancy.
~16 year avg lease.
~3.9 year avg debt term.
Next refi 200909 I think.

Main anchors are Woolworths, Coles, Rewe, Schnuck. Supervalu, Pblix, Kroger, TJX.

Remember that a compulsive shopping disorder is bad for financial health.
