In my opinion FML will finish up with between 80 and 85% of CRE perhaps a little higher. With that amount of control I suspect that they will control the board and operations.
A company may undertake a CR of not more than 15% under listing rule 7.1 which depending on who the shares were issued to ??? could reduce Stones holding and other small holdings to less than 10%.
Can FML issue shares to itself ?
Would this trigger a compulsory acquisition in the not too distant future?
