    On Friday OZL announced it was at 89.68% of AVB.

    I expected it to announce 90% today. It didn't, probably because that triggers a blizzard of activity around the Compulsory Acquisition of remaining shares within the takeover offer period at the offer price.

    We shall see tomorrow.
