For those that actually backed NWE to their woeful end. Has anyone affected by NWE/MIN compulsory acquisition, actually recieved the document from NWE that MIN states NWE now has to authorise/complete the NWE transition to MIN holdings under compulsory acquisition.
I rang the NWE 1300 number yesterday to ask when I could expect it in possession and the NWE number quoted was actually the MIN offer hotline ( which was for me a dead end).
MIN have stated that the responsibility is for NWE to action the process however it appears there is no longer a NWE working independent representative? May be wrong bit thats how it appears. Does this need to go formerly to ASIC to action?
