If you came out and said:
"All Irish born people are not allowed to enter businesses anymore"

The result for the Irish person is quite limited:
    a) Campaign and fight for your freedom back
    b) Flee The country.

Mandatory vaccinations are quite simply a very similar situation, except with some additional choices and problems.
    c) conform and join the herd.
    d) you had joined, but for some reason you decide to drop out of the herd

Option D could be from various reasons over time, vaccine side effects, health complications, change of opinion on how the system works and operates.

No matter what happens, your country is going to lose people, productive workers are going to be reduced because all options result in a reduction of the workforce and what I call "friction" its adding a layer of friction to society that will see less people stay in the system, or some who even actively fight against it. Every time you attempt to walk into a business you now need to prove your vaccination status, there's no way to make that completely friction less, even when they start popping chips into every bodies hand, you have to maintain your ability with vaccine appointments and other things, what if you are traveling for a month and your vaccine passport needs renewal mid way through. It creates bureaucracy and friction everywhere.
