I think your belief is way out of whack.
I have seen many times over the years that religious people have said this is it the end is nigh and they have even offered up dates which obviously have failed to materialise.
As to being a bio weapon I just cannot bring myself to believe this is the case, a bit far fetched.
I find it a bit sad that you have been taken down the wrong path and basic logic has not been obvious to you.
Your word programmed is something I would kindly suggest you ponder.
