    Hi Ladies and Gents

    Just finished reading”Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum “from ERG
    My interpretation is either I vote YES to the restructure proposal and end up with nothing or vote NO and still end up with nothing.

    Seems to me Saville is going to take ERG regardless of how we vote. Am I right?
