I have only heard it on the news, people are up in arms and angry it is now compulsory for every school that received BER funding, to hold a 'recognition day,' complete with photos, flags etc....and they have speeches, which MUST THANK THE LABOR GOVERNMENT and they must not hold the recognition day if parliament is sitting that day because bill shorten and the whole group must be invited to the schools is this the new Hoi chi Min, Aussie style ? do the children have to wear a red uniform and stand in the sun for hours I found this, the official BER recognition kit http://deewr.gov.au/ber-recognition-ceremony-kit
