I think it won't happen till 90%. he can only buy 3% every 6 months. 85% of the shares are in the hand of top 10 or top 20 shareholders. but that doesn't mean much. I think anyone would be happy to get out at a slightly higher price.
from a valuation perspective the company is fairly priced now. all the growth stories implied over the years turned out to be nonsense. now they write about promising HPA testing results. I'm quite sure there won't be any sales + that they simply remove it from their annual report without explanation. overall the business is not managed well. the CEO has no reason to be in this position.
