the question to be asked is why are there no incremental buyers?
if you analyze their filings and press releases over the past years you will see that there is something off - first PR after PR when the stock went up, then silence. announcing trials and promising results only to be left out of the future report because it didn't work out.
the strategy how they call it is not convincing at all - it didn't lead anywhere. they lost their main customer in the USA. that's it ...
if at least some of their growth plan worked out then the cash flow and valuation would be higher.
I think the industry they are in is unattractive and the quality of management doesn't help.
why did Lev buy in size even when the stock was soaring? the valuation at that time was really high and the company could grow into it with plenty of growth and cash flow generation.
