    PD..We have had a decade, in fact a lot more than that of majority governments..(federal and state)..which have squandered our massive resource earnings, killed Australian manufacturing thru traitorous agreements, and inflicted various policies of social damage and economic hardship...mostly on the middle class and below. Before someone jumps up to point out Howard's middle-class largesse...most of that went to families with young children...those with older children got less...those with no children....got even less to nothing. Not saying it was bad policy if it encouraged more Australians to have babies, and junior taxpayers, and in fact probably a good idea...but other factors like the cost of living conspired against it. We're looking like Japan every year.....they have no resources to speak of, but they do have an intelligent and talented workforce....We have resources....cheap...tax-free to those who Canberra drops their daks for....
