Fluffy if you cant change your time, it could be a virus?
I had one similar. Sneaky one. It wired itself to my time service and funny things happened with win socket errors while i was surfing.
I had to check my registry settings to see the changes to load this new file from the windows\system32
So,,,
If you do a sort on that folder on DateTime there shouldnt be newer files there. All files in there should be older becasue its part of the operating system.
