hmmm...I turn on my laptop is says windows loading files...then the Microsoft box appears ..then grey screen for 3 or 4 mins..then blue screen (windows default? with a little branch) mouse cursor appears and can move...then it sits...nothing else happens... I tried f8 and start up repair etc same sequence..everything I try same sequence happens... thoughts please...the disk light stops flashing once the blue screen comes up...
