Can someone help please. I have just changed to a new computer and am using Mozilla Firefox. Now when I get an email containing an attachment I often get a message box which says : " This file does not have a progrm associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder Options Control Panel."
Well, I have gone to Control Panel/Folder Options and cannot see anything that remotely suggests a fix (even tho I've tried many things)
Wish these message boxes would talk in plain English that "Idiots" understand ! Any help around ??? And if so Thanks a million. Westmoon.
