Hello,

As we need to do a bit of admin to transfer the shares, i thought i would write this post as i struggled to register on ComputerShare first.

I bought ISX on Westpac investment and my HIN was showing up only 8 digits while computer shares were requesting 11 digits.
I called them and they advised me to add "X00" before the HIN showing up on Westpac buy statement.

So the number you need to enter is X00+8digits from Westpac statement and it works.
