It's a Reverse takeover by Leading Solutions. They are strong into the school and Uni IT markets as well as mid sized Corporates. They do a lot of reseling with value added services, such as break fix and extended warranties.

They bought BCA IT about a year ago and made that intergration seem effortless. They have excellent systems in place and not too much staff turnover.

With them buying Computer Corp, they expand into WA, SA and TAS whilst not doubling up their existing market segments. It's a complimentary purchase, not like Commander buying Volante and getting themselves into deep s**t.

I see plenty of upside.
