I think the problem is that the board now see Shareholders as the enemy - in the way - an annoyance - once an ends to a means that is no longer required but a thorn in their side still. We need to sack this board and have it replaced with a new one who gives a toss about shareholders. I believe that the current board do not appear to have shareholder's interest at heart - quite the opposite it would seem. Karma's a bitch they say.
