Thanks for the confirmation. My hope is that if RAP were to be assimilated by the Borg, the rights to the IP would revert to UniQld, and not be transferred to the Borg. If this is so, the best outcome for all parties would be that RAP continues to exist as an independent entity, and grants non-exclusive sub-licenses (FOR FINANCIAL REWARD) to many organizations capable of using the IP to create improved global health outcomes.
