As at May 3^rd, which is when I received the shareholder register, the top 100 consisted of those holding 1.1 million shares or more, and held a total of 450 million shares.

We believe Freeman Road has divested their holding of 38 million shares, so the top 100 total holding might have changed a bit. But even if Freeman Road's shares went entirely to holders outside the top 100 that would still leave well over 400 million shares in the top 100.

So top 100 ≈ 50% of issued shares.
