    Whatever happens with the vote, without hesitation, it is abundantly clear this insipid BOD will be replaced at the very first opportunity.
    They have proven themselves to be in absolute opposition to shareholders wishes.
    How they can still justify their position is unfathomable.

    Either way....they are lame ducks dead in the water.
