Just got mine - I have a feeling BOD might have had good heads-up from the votes registered so far in which direction this is heading - (at least SH are showing them the way to exit door) and hence BOD is trying to get a early feeling of other SH opinion.
Hoping we may get few surprise announcements ahead of AGM like JB and Lucas resigned
