I got a call yesterday. Told them sya shares are down over 70% in past 12 months and the lack of direction and communication from BOD is unacceptable. He asked if I had any messages and feedback for the BOD. I gave him these 2:
- Find a way to get rid of the PLL contract even if we have to pay penalties.
- The BOD are on notice with their first strike this year. If they dont turn the ship around they can start looking for a new job by end of 2024.
Mistakes are an opportunity for learning but incompetence is unacceptable
