Agreed. I voted no to all resolutions. We may take a short term SP hit but if they DO listen and DO take positive action accordingly then they can have their pay rise in my view. Not before. Stuff needs to change, we should be at least in the 20c to 30c range at least by now if they had their stuff sorted.
