ComputerShares Issues

Howdy,

I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to get your shares off of computer shares US. I have found it to be the most atrocious platform but am so confused by it, I don't know where to start.

I had 7470 US ADS when originally converted off the asx,

That ended up being whittling down to 747 on another split, and now my balance shows 149 (I presume of another split? - I must admit I've checked on on this company) Although it shows 149 shares, it shows a portfolio value of $0 in my account. No idea how this works.

Can anyone make any sense of this? They are the worst company in terms of ability to contact.
