re: 8 mil prior to 10.30.burnett Brabus can correct me if Im wrong Burnett but what they are maintaining is that this has been a run up in the sp so Scott Reid could make his little dump of 1.5 million ords for 5 million options that convert to ords essentially multiplying his holding by 330% and pocketing $50,000 into the bargain.
HOWEVER he did have to spend $275,000 to convert to the 5 million options.Marc Flory did similar a while back.
Is there any harm or negative vibe in this?
There will be if he sells any of them.
If he holds then it simply reinforces what holders hope will happen with Aim.
I'm also VERY dubious that such market action and capital outlay would be put into a stock for such a director manoeuvre but then the little GDN thing the other day didnt exactly seem like cricket either.
