A very nive Indian man helped my out when I rang eftel help line...

For IE

(1) Goto "Tools"
(2) Then "Internet Options"
(3) Then "Connections" tab
(4) Then "LAN settings" Button
(5) on the panel that comes up make sure that
"Automatic detect settings" is checked
and below that
"Use Proxy server"
enter proxy.eftel.com for the proxy
and 8080 for the port
