I used to have problems with them and their customer service but I noticed a real turn around from about 2 years ago and am quite happy now.
I am a Comsec One member (think its automatic if you trade 10 times a month) and I find the guys I speak to there are first rate.
To the original poster public holidays usually do not count when calculating T+3, 4 etc (they are usually treated same as a Sat ur Sunday) as we just went through Easter maybe that caused a delay
