I'm not going to count Pinon Ridge for a while. It's a long way down the road and the company has a lot of hoops to jump through to make it a reality. First and foremost is the restart of Sunday. It will show that the management of WUC is capable of delivering on promises, but also it would (in theory) deliver positive cash flow to the company.

That cash flow helps develop BLR's tenements, but also Pinon Ridge.

So first things first, lets see some progress on restarting the Sunday Complex and go from there.
