comsec help with trades please ?, page-3

The same thing happens to me and I sent an email (the 2nd one) yesterday and got the following reply:

"There are temporary cookies in used when you log into CommSec Web site. These temporary cookies hold information of your log in among other information. If your browsers are closed these temporary cookies will be automatically deleted, hence you will be logged out of the web site.
To ensure total log out of CommSec web site please close all browsers.

Sam
Commonwealth Securities Limited"

The above reply has not helped at all.
If you can get anything better out of comsec in regards to this problem, please pass it on. I cannot see a way around the problem and it is a very critical problem when speed is everything!
