I still can't understand why so many use bank platforms if your trading instead of just long term investing.
Hardly a week goes by when there isn't someone complaining about one or other not working or having some sort of connection,platform or trade execution issue.
The level of trade execution options and market data etc on all of them is generally very limited.
Plus an almost blatant rip off. What's the average round trip cost on a ASX trade via a bank? $40?
Ridiculous imho for the service,reliability and platform you get.
IRIS has to be one of the ugliest,slow,unreliable and most inefficient trading platforms ever developed.
