Access all commsec sites through internet explorer and allow commseciress in pop up blocker.Mozilla dont cut it. Uninstall your java software. Make sure your copy of windows is upto date. Make sure all .net framework is upto date windows update should take care of that. reinstall a copy of java, verify it. Then access website and use your Customer I.D etc, tools.... I am present trying to extend java memory, as i cannot get orders or help pallets up.
